Carlisle Summerfair Craft Show Contract

If you are new to the area and would like to participate in the Carlisle Summerfair Craft Show on Saturday July 7th, please download this Contract, print it, fill it out and mail it along with your check to the address listed.

Contracts must be received no later than May 25 to assure you a spot. (Exhibitors from previous years have until April 15 to return their Contracts)

Spots are not guaranteed until a contract is mailed back to you with your spot assignment which will occur in early June.

We cannot accomodate businesses or groups that want to set up booths for informational purposes. Event sponsors are entitled to set up informational booths. You must be an event sponsor to do this.

If you are interested in being a craft vendor (remember handmade crafts only please!)and need more information please email Festival@carlislesummerfair.org. Include your mailing address and we will send a Contract to you.

If you would like to sell food at the craft show (for-profit or non-profit) or another one of our events, please look over the appropriate form.

Completed contracts with insurance forms and fees are due back by May 12th. Space is not guaranteed until the contract is mailed back to you. Email us at Festival@carlislesummerfair.org if you are interested in selling food at an event other than the craft show.
