Historic Walking Tour - Historic Carlisle Inc. will have a Civil War walking tour July 5th centered around the Carlisle Square. The event will kick off at 7:00PM with a memorial at the Civil War Monument in Veterans Square. We plan to read the names of those who served in the war and a wreath will be laid. The memorial should last about 15 minutes, followed by tours to locations near the square to talk about various Civil War events in Carlisle.
